Traditional Exterior Waterproofing

This is the old fashioned method of waterproofing your basement, updated with the latest materials.

• Excavate all the way down to the home's footer
• Thoroughly clean & inspect exterior of basement wall
• Replace old, clogged footer drain tile
• Repair any cracks in the wall
• Coat wall in layer of cement, sealing joint at the base of the footer
• Seal wall with fiber reinforced coating
• Cover area with heavy duty vapor barrier
• Back fill with stone to ensure proper drainage is achieved
